Khloe Kardashian has reflected on her post-baby workout routines on her app and website on Wednesday as she shared the battles of returning to her pre-baby gym sessions. The new mom— who continued documenting her training on social media— has said, “After I had True, I couldn’t wait to get back to the gym. I really missed it during my pregnancy. A good sweat sesh can do wonders for the mind.” Khloe has revealed about her long-time trainer and go-to Kardashian fitness instructor, saying that once she got the green light from Coach Joe was on the next flight to Cleveland.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star was spotted heading towards the gym in Cleveland on 8th May, three weeks after her baby girl’s arrival on 12th April with NBA player beau Tristan Thompson.
The mother of one has revealed, “On that first day back, it felt so good to sweat again. Not going to lie, it’s a struggle to get back into the groove. Mentally, I’m strong, but physically, it’s just not the same. However, every day, I’m one step closer, baby!” Coach Joe has described the firm determination of Khloe to return to the gym.
He has recalled about working with the Good American jeans founder, “Two hours after I landed [in Cleveland], we were in the gym together!” Coach has said that she gave everything she’s got, didn’t try to slow down or make it easy, but she had to remind her that her body went through some significant changes.
As Khloe continues updating her fans and followers on her gym progress, she has been flaunting her bare stomach in several mirror selfies on social media. On Sunday, Khloe has proudly lifted up her shirt for showing her toned tummy on her Instagram Story.
