Baseball and parrot bash!
This is what Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson’s baby boy Ace Knute wanted for his fifth birthday bash and got his wish. The couple transformed the event space into “Parrotdise”— complete with picture opportunities with live birds, baseball jerseys, and a giant scoreboard. The 37-year-old singer has shared a family shot of everyone wearing matching “Green Sox” jerseys, along with colorful birds posing everywhere from Ace and 6-year-old daughter Maxwell “Maxi” Drew’s heads to her own shoulder. She has captioned the post, “Baseball and Parrots- a five-year-old’s dream come true!” Jessica and Eric also posed for a couple shot with their feathered friends, though the fashion powerhouse is caught making an awkward face.
Jokingly, she wrote on Instagram: “I’m totally comfortable here 🤣.” Jessica has made sure to document the decorations like “The Green Monster” and a baseball scoreboard. There was also the “Donut Wall”— one of the goodies to eat— along with a baseball-themed three-layered cake with a faux parrot posing alongside the number 5.
She has also posted pictures of Ace— who has recently broken his arm— sporting a neon green cast, covered in parrots as well as a candid shot of Maxwell with her arms spread wide. Earlier this year, Maxwell has celebrated her 6th birthday with an equally epic party: a circus-powered party inspired by the 2017 musical hot “The Greatest Showman.”
Her younger brother and attendees were dressed as the characters from the film, while she stunned a purple leotard and pink hair to resemble Zendaya’s character, Anne Wheeler. The walls were decorated by the posters featuring the birthday girl’s likeness and the words which read, “Maxwell Can Fly! She Can Really Swing Too! The Daring Young Lass on the Flying Trapeze!” as well as one for Ace reading, “WORLD’S STRONGEST BOY!”
