The 34-year-old star has opened up about her long-term relationship’s demise with Macaulay Culkin.
Mila Kunis has revealed that she had made mistakes in her 20s that have affected her love life with the 37-year-old “Home Alone” star. The pair started dating in 2002 before getting split eight years later. Mila has told Dax Shepard on his podcast “Armchair Expert” that it was “a horrible, horrible breakup,” saying, “I f—— up.” She has said, “I was an a—— in my 20s, and I’ll be the first to admit it. Moreover, that’s something that took me a long time to come out and be like, ‘Yeah, you know what, I was a d—,’ and accept it and I own it now.”
The host has asked her, “Have you forgiven yourself?” to which she has responded that it’s been so long like she feels like enough time has gone by. She has admitted that she thinks enough mutual friends have been like, everybody kind of forgave everybody for what went down.
Mila has exclaimed, “And it’s f—— up what I did. It’s f—— up what I did, and it’s f—— up how I did it. When I got to be a single, I said, ‘I just need to figure myself out.’ I genuinely need to know why I did what I did, and, like, regroup myself as a human being.” In July 2015, the “Bad Moms” actress tied the knot with Ashton Kutcher.
Mila and her husband Ashton share two children together: 3-year-old daughter Wyatt Isabelle and 19 months old son Dimitri Portwood whereas Macaulay is dating former Disney Channel actress Brenda Song. The couple was first spotted out together in July 2017, dining at Craig’s in Los Angeles. The next month, Brenda has posted a group photo to Instagram in which she has posed alongside the actor.
